Orders and availability

We may accept, decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, or fraud or misuse is suspected. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, the amount paid will be refunded.

Returns, refunds and consumer rights

Returns and remedies are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, submit false information, or use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Intellectual property

Store content, branding, text, graphics and layout are owned by or licensed to Connected Essentials unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission, except as allowed by law.
